The Captain is the commanding officer of the Lincroft First Aid and Rescue Squad. As the highest ranking line officer, he is in charge of all operational aspects of the squad. The Captain establishes Standard Operating Guidelines and ensures that the squad operates efficiently. He oversees the Line Officers and is the supervising officer for all responding members.

First Lieutenant - 71-1-51

Brian McKittrick

The First Lieutenant is the second in command of the Lincroft First Aid and Rescue Squad. The First Lieutenant acts in place of the Captain in her absence.  The First Lieutenant assists the Captain with overseeing the operations of the squad.

Second Lieutenant - 71-1-52

Ex-Chief Jim Kelly

The Second Lieutenant is the third in command of the Lincroft First Aid and Rescue Squad. The Second Lieutenant is the squad’s training officer and coordinates monthly drills.

Administrative Officers

President

Mike Liffner

President is an elected administrative position within the squad, for a term of one year. The president is responsible for all administrative members, and assigning members to sit on various committees within the squad. The president is the person in charge of running the monthly business meetings to ensure safe and efficient operations of the squad. The President shall supervise the affairs of the squad between its meetings and shall implement such policies and actions as directed by the membership.

Vice President

Jesse Wade

Is an elected administrative position within the squad, for a term of one year. The VP is responsible for assisting the President in their duties in their absence.

Treasurer

Brian Rath

Is an elected administrative position within the squad, for a term of one year. The treasurer is responsible for maintaining the financial records of the Squad, along with providing payment for all debts that the Squad authorizes.

Third Lieutenant - 71-1-53

Andrew Robbins

The Third Lieutenant is the fourth in command of the Lincroft First Aid and Rescue Squad. The Third Lieutenant is responsible for maintaining the ambulances, rescue vehicles, and first aid and rescue equipment. The Third Lieutenant oversees the Assistant Engineers and is responsible for any repairs of squad vehicles and equipment. The Third Lieutenant is the Driver Training Officer and supervises new emergency vehicle drivers.

Recording Secretary

Chris Lombardi

Recording Secretary is an elected administrative position within the squad, for a term of one year. The recording secretary is responsible for maintain accurate records of all Squad business and meetings.

Assistant Engineer

Liam Tate

The Assistant Engineers report to the Third Lieutenant. They are responsible for the weekly maintenance and repair of all the squad vehicles. They ensure that every squad vehicle is operating as required. They also ensure that each squad vehicle is fully stocked with supplies and equipment.

Corresponding Secretary

Diane Lynch

Is an elected administrative position within the squad, for a term of one year. The Corresponding Secretary is responsible for writing official letters for the Squad, at the direction of the President and/or Captain. The Corresponding Secretary shall assume the duties of the Recording Secretary in the absence of that officer; shall attend to all correspondence; shall report on all correspondence received by the Squad at the appropriate monthly meeting.

Assistant Engineer

Harry Wass

The Assistant Engineers report to the Third Lieutenant. They are responsible for the weekly maintenance and repair of all the squad vehicles. They ensure that every squad vehicle is operating as required. They also ensure that each squad vehicle is fully stocked with supplies and equipment.

Is an elected administrative position within the squad, for a term of three years. There are five elected trustees for the Squad whose responsibilities include, interpretation of the Squad’s By-Laws, and arranging an audit of all the Squad records.

Dive Team Captain

Nick Grippo

The Dive Captain is appointed by the Squad Captain and oversees the Dive Team. The Dive Captain coordinates any activities and training performed by the Dive Team. The Dive Captain is the supervisor of any dive-related operations.

The Dive Lieutenant is appointed by the Squad Captain with the recommendation of the Dive Captain. The Dive Lieutenant carries out the duties of the Dive Captain in his absence. The Dive Lieutenant assists the Dive Captain in overseeing the Dive Team and plans and conducts dive drills.
